Adam Briggs, Broker

Adam has over twenty-five years of commercial, multifamily, and residential real estate development and construction experience gained from working on both small and multimillion dollar projects in Oregon, California, Washington, and Hawaii. He earned a Bachelor’s of Art in Spanish, and Master’s degree in Business Management from Southern Oregon University. Adam’s love of the Southern Oregon Coast prompted him to move to Brookings in 2004 and shortly thereafter he built his own custom home for his wife and school aged children. Jim Green

 

Jim is a second generation native to Oregon, born and raised in the Willamette Valley and growing up on  a rural McKenzie River farm.  He started young working with his family helping to build a gravel crushing and delivery business.

He graduated from Southern Oregon State College with a Master’s degree and has a varied employment background that includes Vocational Rehabilitation, Personnel and Business Management Consulting, cabinet making and licensed General Contractor.   All of these experiences will add to Jim’s knowledge base to help you with your buying and selling needs.

Jim spent twenty-six years as a member of the Rotary Club of Ashland, serving two of those years on the Board of Directors and then as Club President.

In his leisure time Jim likes to travel Oregon, camp, fish, hunt and explore the Oregon Outback.

Stephanie Lent-Broker

Stephanie’s love of Brookings has brought her back to town. She moved to Brookings with her family in the 80’s, and graduated from Brookings Harbor High School before attending college in California.  Her frequent visits back throughout the years, and her love of the Pacific Northwest is the reason she once again decided to call it home. “Brookings has so much to offer. The people here are very friendly, we have numerous beautiful beaches and hiking trails to choose from, the wonderful Chetco River, and so much more! It really is a true gem on the Oregon Coast, and I’m very happy to be back.”

Stephanie has a Norwegian mother and an American father, and began traveling to Norway and Europe every summer early on. Because of this, she took her passion and dream to see the world, and turned it into her career.  She worked for a luxury travel wholesaler for 16 years, where she quickly became a top sales producer. She was promoted to management, where she excelled in managing departments, and negotiating contracts for luxury villas and resorts. Sixteen years with one company taught her the many facets of running a successful business. Most recently, she spent 8 years in the nutritional supplements industry, focusing

Lee Tuley, Broker

Endlessly curious, Lee has had a varied and successful career. While going to the University of California, she became a principal in a software start up company, which was eventually bought out by Cisco. She also was the moderator of a popular talk show about health. Her interest in health and wellness led her to a successful career for several decades as a health practitioner and counselor.

Alongside this commitment to the wellbeing of others, Lee has also been involved in real estate and development throughout her life. Raised in a family of real estate brokers, and always interested in good design and planning, she’s participated as both principal and Project Director of several multi-million dollar resorts and developments all over the west, and even in Thailand.

Along the way, she became a fellow of the Leadership Institute, studying community planning, housing, and land use, as well as more obscure topics like alternative energy, water quality, and the always popular, waste management. She’s currently studying with the New York Institute of Art and Design to help clients with staging and other design issues.

John Krenzelok, Broker
