David has deep roots in the Brookings-Harbor community being a 3rd generation resident. After pursuing a career in public education in Washington State he and his family returned to the Brookings-Harbor area in 1985 to join the family’s rapidly expanding Easter Lily Business. During the next decade he and family were active in land development and designed and built a state of the art retirement community in Harbor called Emerald Coast Estates. David believes strongly in public service. He was a board member of a local bank and has served multiple terms on the Brookings-Harbor School Board, the Coos Curry Electric Cooperative Board, and Del Cur Cooperative Board. He most recently served a term as Curry County Commissioner and during his term initiated and helped lead the successful ReHome Oregon program, intended to offer a “hand up” to those homeowners who qualify. This program was designated by the Governor of Oregon as an Oregon Solutions Project. David’s goal as part of the Century 21 Agate Team is to assist you in successfully completing your real estate transactions.

Endlessly curious, Lee has had a varied and successful career. While going to the University of California, she became a principal in a software start up company, which was eventually bought out by Cisco. She also was the moderator of a popular talk show about health. Her interest in health and wellness led her to a successful career for several decades as a health practitioner and counselor.
Alongside this commitment to the wellbeing of others, Lee has also been involved in real estate and development throughout her life. Raised in a family of real estate brokers, and always interested in good design and planning, she’s participated as both principal and Project Director of several multi-million dollar resorts and developments all over the west, and even in Thailand.
Along the way, she became a fellow of the Leadership Institute, studying community planning, housing, and land use, as well as more obscure topics like alternative energy, water quality, and the always popular, waste management. She’s currently studying with the New York Institute of Art and Design to help clients with staging and other design issues.
Lee believes service to her client is her most important goal, going above and beyond to help them realize their dreams. Her policy is to be always available, returning all calls within an hour or two at the most. An entrepreneur at heart, she understands of the importance of reliability and honestly in all her dealings. After all, for most of us, our home is our most important asset.
At the same time, her warmth and curiosity leads to a deeper understanding of her clients needs and dreams, while providing the resources to realize them – practical and otherwise. You’ll often find her going out of her way to include folks new to town in activities and social events that will help them to feel at home in our community. Her love of this community and its incredible natural beauty is infectious. It’s no wonder most of her clients become friends.
Lee also provides resources of a more practical nature, including free pamphlets like ‘Selling Your Home? – What You Need to Know’ and ‘How to Stage Your Home’. Call her now at 541 251 1885 to request one, or ask a question. You can also email, or find her on Facebook at Lee Tuley – Real Estate.
I was raised on the Oregon Coast and lived there for over a total of 21 years. I graduated with my Bachelors Degree from the University of Oregon. I attended Graduate School and earned my Master’s in Business Administration in 2006. Real Estate, having been a family interest for many years, has been a relatively natural career for me to pursue. This includes timberland, water front, golf course front and residential properties. I have also personally invested in real estate.
Hobbies: I have tried and enjoy many outdoor adventure sports. This includes, skydiving, parasailing, hang gliding, scuba diving, wake boarding, mountain biking, snow skiing, snow boarding, river rafting, white water kayaking and zip lining. I also enjoy working out at the gym and hiking with my dogs. I consider myself to be a world traveler in training. Since 2007, I have rafted down the Pacuare River in Costa Rica, Tully River in Australia and the Rio Apurimac in Peru. They were all very exciting, enjoyable and beautiful.
I am extremely excited to be able to provide opportunities for people to purchase a home and help people invest in their financial future. I consider myself to be tenacious, diligent, goal oriented and outgoing.
